2. Consultations and Estimates

A consultation or estimate does not necessarily constitute a binding construction contract.
Final project pricing, scope, materials, specifications, scheduling, and other obligations are determined by the applicable written agreement.

3. Design Services
Design concepts, layouts, renderings, product selections, measurements, and other design materials may be prepared based on information available at the time.
Designs may be modified during the planning process based on measurements, site conditions, product availability, structural considerations, homeowner preferences, budget, or applicable requirements.
Final construction work will be performed according to the approved plans, selections, specifications, and applicable contract.
4. Product Availability and Materials
Product availability, pricing, colors, finishes, dimensions, specifications, and manufacturer warranties may change.
Mudosi Kitchen & Bath may recommend or provide products from various manufacturers and suppliers.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Mudosi’s website identifies cabinetry, countertops, bathroom vanities, and other remodeling products as part of its offerings.
